The Vehicle Suitability
Any vehicles used should be fit for purpose. Any equipment on the vehicle should be fitted correctly and in good condition. Safety equipment e.g. seatbelts head restraints are all operational. Ergonomics play an important part in the drivers health and safety with a correct seating position.
