Cycling
Cycling is not just for kids. More and more people of all ages are getting on their bikes these days - not only for convenience and as a way of saving money, but as a great way to stay fit and active too!
Whether you are an absolute beginner or taking up cycling again after a long break, it's important to get professional training before taking on today's traffic conditions which may have changed much since you were last in the saddle. Although cycle training courses in the West of Scotland area are primarily focussed on primary school pupils, it's always worthwhile checking with your local authority to see if there are any free training courses suitable for adults available in your immediate area.
Alternatively, you can locate a nearby trainer by going to www.cyclingscotland.msol.org.uk/local/training/trainers/index.php or www.ctc.org.uk.
